BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
With the Valor P, AMF brings a fascinating new development to market, one that stands out above all for its exceptional length and late reaction. Inside works the dynamic Valor Symmetric core, which ensures a very clean motion through the front part of the lane with a 2.54 RG and a 0.042 differential. The pearl reactive cover is specifically tuned to store the ball's energy extremely efficiently. The nature of the surface with its polished finish supports this trait massively, letting the ball glide effortlessly through the heads without building friction early. Visually the ball is a real eye-catcher and immediately conveys that this model was designed primarily for later, sharper direction changes. The technical match between core and cover is extremely harmonious and purposeful here.
Comparison
Comparing the Valor P with the Brunswick Rhino, the glaring differences in backend reaction jump out immediately. The Brunswick Rhino tends to read somewhat earlier, while the Valor P holds its energy a decisive fraction longer and then reacts noticeably more aggressively to the dry area. That trait makes it the perfect complement in your arsenal when the Rhino starts losing energy in the pocket or entering too flat. Although both balls are aimed at lighter oil patterns, the Valor P offers a noticeably more dynamic angle. It is the ideal solution for situations in which the Rhino no longer develops enough drive, since it generates the necessary entry angle.
On the Lanes
This ball shows its greatest strength once the lane has been broken in a bit and the transition has clearly set in. It needs a certain amount of friction on the backend to develop its characteristic hook, which delivers maximum, explosive carry. As the boards in the front part of the lane dry up, the ball lets you move systematically further inside and attack the pocket from a considerably deeper angle. It is very well suited to medium to dry conditions and an excellent choice if you are looking for a clean, responsive surface. Thanks to its forgiving nature on misses out, it should keep scores stable at a very high level even in the late stages of a tournament.
