Inside works the dynamic Quadfire core, which ensures a very clean motion through the front part of the lane with a 2.55 RG and a 0.043 differential. The Agility Pearl Reactive cover is specifically tuned to store the ball's energy extremely efficiently. The surface, with a 1500 grit LSP finish, supports this characteristic massively by letting the ball glide effortlessly through the heads without building up friction early. Visually the ball is a real eye-catcher and immediately communicates that this model was designed primarily for later, sharper direction changes. The technical pairing of core and cover is extremely harmonious and purposeful here.

Comparing the Thrash Frenzy with the Storm Phaze III, the glaring differences in backend reaction are immediately apparent. The Storm Phaze III tends to read a bit earlier, while the Thrash Frenzy holds its energy a decisive fraction longer and then reacts noticeably more aggressively to the dry area. That characteristic makes it the perfect complement in your arsenal once the Phaze III starts losing energy in the pocket or entering too flat. Although both balls are aimed at lighter oil patterns, the Thrash Frenzy offers a noticeably more dynamic angle. It is the ideal solution for situations in which the Phaze III no longer develops enough drive, since it generates the necessary entry angle.
