First Impressions
The Storm Sure Domination was a limited edition available only in 14 and 15 lbs in January 2020, a built-to-order rerelease of a proven design. The heart of the ball is the combination of the well-regarded RAD+ core with a cover built on nanoTechnology. The RAD+ core carries an extremely high preferred spin axis differential, developed to turn over particularly hard downlane. With a 1500-grit PAD polished surface, the Sure Domination should glide effortlessly through the heads before hitting hard in the midlane and creating a defined breakpoint.
Comparison
The Sure Domination joins the successful Domination line, which pairs various cover combinations with the proven RAD+ core. Where the Storm Paradigm Domination with its pearl cover is designed for longer lanes, the Sure Domination relies on polished nano technology for medium to heavy oil. Against the Storm Sure Lock, which uses a more aggressive solid cover, the Sure Domination offers more length through the heads thanks to its polished surface while still delivering strong downlane performance. Its character resembles other Storm models with nano covers such as the Virtual Gravity Nano, but with the specific power of the RAD+ core.
