First Impressions
The Motiv Supra Clutch comes in a striking black-and-yellow color scheme with red accents and represents the latest development in the popular Supra line. What makes this ball special is the revival of the proven Quadfire core, which was already used in earlier successful models such as the Z line and the Thrash. With a 2.55 RG and a maximum differential of 0.043 at 15 pounds, the core positions itself as a reactive symmetrical core that should allow clean passage through the front part of the lane. The Propulsion XRT Hybrid coverstock technology wraps the core and promises one of the sharpest, most angular hybrid formulations Motiv has ever developed. The surface is finished at 5500 grit with Laser Scan polish, giving the ball a medium to high gloss look. This combination of core and coverstock should give the Supra Clutch a distinctive ball reaction characterized by length through the heads and an explosive response to friction.

Comparison
In direct comparison testing, the Supra Clutch shows itself to be a versatile transition ball that clearly sets itself apart from other models in the Motiv line.
