The pearl reactive cover is specifically tuned to store the ball's energy extremely efficiently. The Storm Tropical Surge tends to read a bit earlier, while the Silver Streak holds its energy a decisive fraction longer and then reacts noticeably more aggressively to the dry area. That trait makes it the perfect complement in your arsenal when the Tropical Surge starts losing energy in the pocket or entering too flat. Although both balls are aimed at lighter oil patterns, the Silver Streak offers a noticeably more dynamic angle.
