Compared directly with the Storm Proton Physix, the ‚Nsane LevRG shows a noticeably calmer and more controlled reaction. The Storm Proton Physix does offer a bit more length through the first two thirds of the lane, but it lacks the absolute traction that the ‚Nsane LevRG builds up in the boards. For practical use on the lanes, this ball is recommended above all on long, high-volume oil patterns. When the heads are oiled up enough, it can reach its full potential and delivers a continuous hook toward the pocket. It picks up the friction at the end of the oil pattern smoothly but decisively, which leads to superb carry. If you throw the ball fast, this is the perfect choice for hitting the pocket safely and repeatably. Should the lane dry up as the session goes on and the transition set in, it's worth planning a ball change early, since it could react too early on dry boards.
