BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
Released in July 2018, the DV8 Hitman Enforcer is the direct evolution of the successful original Hitman and brings even more "killer instinct" to the lane. Visually it stands out immediately with its striking black/white/orange color scheme. Inside works the same asymmetric Hitman Low RG core that is known for its dynamics (RG 2.524, diff 0.050, int. diff 0.020 at 15 lbs). The upgrade happens in the shell: DV8 uses the N-Forcer Plus hybrid reactive coverstock here. Combined with the factory finish of 500/1000/1500 Siaair and Crown Factory Compound, the ball is designed to retain the length of the original, but to generate somewhat more traction in oil through the hybrid mix and the "Plus" additive, and to react even more explosively at the breakpoint.
Comparison
Compared directly to the original DV8 Hitman (pearl, black/red), which was known for its extreme length and its nearly right-angled hook, the Enforcer offers a somewhat more versatile reaction. The hybrid cover helps it handle the wet/dry effect a little better, since it doesn't skid quite as extremely across oil lines. Still, it stays true to the DNA: it is noticeably more angular than a DV8 Creed Rebellion (solid) or a Pitbull. Compared to the then-popular Brunswick Kingpin Rule, the Hitman Enforcer is considerably cleaner through the heads and quicker off the backend. It is a classic skid/flip ball, but the hybrid component gives it a somewhat wider window of use than pure pearls.
On the Lanes
The DV8 Hitman Enforcer is an excellent choice for medium oil patterns and for the transition phase. It is not built for extremely heavy oil (it skids too much for that), but it shines as soon as the heads start to break down and you have to move deeper left. Its greatest strength is creating angle: it lets you send the ball well out to the right with the confidence that the asymmetric core and the hybrid cover will bring it back energetically (recovery). It is ideal if you like playing the big arc or if you struggle to knock out corner pins (especially the 10 for right-handers), since the steep entry angle often scatters the pins spectacularly.
