BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
With the Grip It, 900 Global brings a fascinating new development to the market that stands out above all for its exceptional length and late reaction. Inside works the dynamic Grip It Core, which with a 2.54 RG and a 0.042 differential ensures a very clean motion through the front sections of the lane. The Reactive Pearl cover is specifically tuned to store the ball's energy extremely efficiently. The nature of the surface with a Polished finish massively supports this characteristic by letting the ball glide effortlessly through the heads without building friction early. Visually the ball is a real eye-catcher and immediately conveys that this model was primarily designed for later and sharper changes of direction. The technical match between core and cover is extremely harmonious and purposeful here.
Comparison
Comparing the Grip It with the Brunswick Twist, the striking differences in backend reaction stand out immediately. The Brunswick Twist tends to read a bit earlier, while the Grip It holds its energy a decisive fraction longer and then responds noticeably more aggressively to the dry area. This characteristic makes it the perfect complement in your arsenal when the Twist starts to lose energy in the pocket or enters too flat. Although both balls have a similar orientation toward lighter oil patterns, the Grip It offers a noticeably more dynamic angle. It is the ideal solution for situations in which the Twist no longer generates enough drive, since it creates the necessary entry angle.
On the Lanes
This ball shows its greatest strength when the lane has already been played in a bit and transition has clearly set in. It needs a certain amount of friction in the backend to develop its characteristic hook, which delivers maximum and explosive carry. When the boards in the front part of the lane dry up, the ball allows you to systematically move further inside and attack the pocket from a considerably deeper angle. It is excellently suited to medium to dry conditions and is an excellent choice if you are looking for a clean, quick-reacting surface. Thanks to its forgiving nature on shots missed to the outside, it should keep your scores stable at a very high level even in the late stages of a tournament.
