BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
The Swag Graffiti I-Con arrives with a unique hybrid coverstock formulation that is marketed as both antibacterial and odor-resistant. The RVR ANT-IVI surface, created by California Bowling's development department, is the first of its kind in the bowling industry and is used for the first time in a hybrid cover in the Graffiti series. It wraps the strong asymmetric Ballistic core with its low RG of 2.494", a high total differential of 0.051" and a very large intermediate differential of 0.032". Out of the box the ball comes sanded to 4000 grit and should provide quick rotation, strong midlane reaction and early traction.
Comparison
In testing, the Graffiti I-Con proved very controllable at the breakpoint across a variety of oil patterns. On heavy oil conditions its strengths showed particularly clearly when it is kept in the oil as long as possible to conserve energy and drive hard into the pins. Users describe it as an ideal complement to stronger balls like the Big Bro Jacked, especially for transition situations. Its place in the arsenal sits between the strong hook monsters and weaker dry-lane options — exactly where other balls either grab too early or don't develop enough hook. Compared with typical hybrid coverstocks, it shows an exceptionally smooth and continuous motion.
On the Lanes
The Ballistic core combined with the new hybrid cover makes this ball an ideal choice for medium to heavier oil conditions. If you're rev-dominant, you'll benefit from the smooth character, which forgives misses to the right and lets you open up your line by 2-3 boards. If you have a lower rev rate, you may see less reaction, while the ball really wakes up at higher rev rates. Its strength lies in the clean travel through the heads with energy retention for the backend, where it sets precisely into the pocket and delivers good carry. As a benchmark ball, the Graffiti I-Con is especially well suited if you need a reliable, predictable reaction on medium oil volumes.
