First Impressions
The Motiv Forza shows up in a bold color combination of black and yellow solid. The heart of this model is the symmetric Torx Core, which stands out with a low 2.500 RG and a strong 0.051 differential. The cover is the Helix Solid Reactive coverstock, finished at the factory with a 3000 grit LSS finish. The low RG gets the core revving up very quickly, while the roughed-up shell should let the ball skid extremely safely through the heads and build massive hold in the midlane. The design aims at an absolute benchmark reaction.
Comparison
Compared to the Motiv Venom Shock, the Forza picks up noticeably earlier and offers a considerably more stable, steadier reaction at the breakpoint, with even stronger flare potential. Against the Storm Phaze II, the Forza produces a very similar, hard-hitting motion in medium oil that runs rounder than typical snappy balls. Once the transition sets in and the front part of the lane dries up, the Forza burns up energy relatively quickly because of its rough surface. It needs enough oil.
On the Lanes
The Motiv Forza's preferred territory is medium to heavily oiled lane conditions. It is the perfect choice if you need a ball on fresh patterns that grabs hard in the midlane and produces a steady hook toward the pocket. The dependable reaction helps you avoid missing the breakpoint even at high volume. The ball should maximize carry through its brutal drive. On dried-up lanes, however, this ball is far too aggressive and hard to control.
