First Impressions
The Ebonite Evolution Angular One comes in a stunning purple and black pearl color blend. At its center works the asymmetric Angular Core, which features a 2.500 RG, a strong 0.053 differential and an intermediate differential. This core is wrapped in a pearl reactive coverstock finished with a glossy polish. The asymmetric design makes the core rotate hard, while the smooth cover should let the ball produce very easy motion through the heads and a massive snap on the backend.

Comparison
Compared directly to the Ebonite The One, which uses a dull solid cover, the Angular One shows noticeably more length, delivers less traction in oil and a considerably more angular reaction at the breakpoint. Against a ball like the Storm Crux Pearl, the Angular One offers a nearly identical, extremely strong and asymmetric change of direction. When transition alters the lane and dry spots appear, the pearl cover keeps the ball from burning up energy. It reacts sharply.

On the Lanes
The Ebonite Evolution Angular One is most at home on medium to heavy lane conditions. It is an excellent option if you're looking for clean motion through the front and enormous backend movement when the lanes are oiled deep but breaking down. The asymmetric core creates an extremely clear, massive angle at the breakpoint, which builds confidence when playing deep lines. The ball should secure carry through its angular entry into the pocket. On very little oil, however, it reacts too extremely.
