BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
The Duty Majesty from 900 Global is an absolute prime example of control and perfect readability on the lane. Powered by the proven Majesty Core, this ball offers a very balanced and harmonious core dynamic with a 2.52 RG and a 0.048 differential. Combined with the precisely tuned solid reactive cover, the result is a surface that interacts with the oil in an extremely predictable and consistent way. The 2000 Abralon finish purposefully ensures that the ball picks up friction early and controls the midlane securely, without ever coming across as unpredictable. Even its outward appearance conveys great stability and reliability, qualities that carry over seamlessly into the actual ball motion through the heads. The overall construction is designed to give the bowler clear feedback about the condition of the lane at all times.
Comparison
Looking at the Duty Majesty in direct comparison to the Storm IQ Tour, its considerably stronger orientation toward control and predictability becomes very clear. The Storm IQ Tour does offer a somewhat more angular motion off the backend, but on difficult oil patterns it can react too sensitively or overreact. This is exactly where the Duty Majesty scores, with its steady, smooth and continuous arc toward the pins. Where the IQ Tour tends to miss the breakpoint, the Duty Majesty delivers the traction in the pocket needed to stay safely on line. It closes the gap between extremely strong balls and weaker models absolutely ideally. For bowlers who like the IQ Tour but are looking for a calmer, safer option, this is the logical choice.
On the Lanes
On the lane this ball proves to be the perfect companion for medium to heavy oil patterns, especially on typical house shots or demanding sport patterns. It allows you to get through the boards safely and develops a strong but wonderfully round hook that leads straight into the pocket. The smooth reaction to friction on the backend produces outstanding carry, since the ball transfers an extreme amount of energy into the pins instead of wasting it prematurely on too sharp a change of direction. Once transition sets in, the ball can still be used very effectively with small adjustments to your line before a ball change becomes necessary. It is a true benchmark for anyone who wants to build their game methodically and should deliver consistently high scores.
