The Storm Domination Drive stands out as an international premium release in a classy black and gold hybrid look. Inside works the extremely strong asymmetric RAD+ Core with a 2.490 RG, a massive 0.047 differential and a strong intermediate differential. For the cover, Storm relies on a highly polished R2S Hybrid Reactive coverstock. This combination of the asymmetric core and the hybrid shell should let the ball clear the heads effortlessly and save its energy for a massive, asymmetric kick on the backend.

Comparison
Compared directly to the Storm Entire Domination, which uses a solid cover, the Domination Drive is far cleaner through the length and offers a more angular backend motion. Against the Storm Snap Lock, the Domination Drive delivers a similarly asymmetric reaction, but the hybrid portion builds an extremely heavy hook at the breakpoint. When friction on the lane is high and the transition dries up the front part of the lane, the Domination Drive retains its energy very well and reacts incredibly sharply.

On the Lanes
The Storm Domination Drive is ideally suited to lane conditions with medium oil volume. If you are a stroker or throw at moderate ball speed, it gives you the option to play deeper lines, since the cover saves energy while the asymmetric core provides the massive response off the breakpoint. The tremendous drive toward the pocket should deliver convincing carry. On fresh, extremely heavy oil, however, this ball can lack early traction because of the polished finish.
