First Impressions
The Columbia 300 Delirium comes in an extremely eye-catching black, blue, and pink pearl color blend. At the heart of this model beats the proven symmetric Resurgence motor, which features a very low 2.460 RG and a strong 0.043 differential. The outer layer consists of the Bend-It Pearl Reactive coverstock, polished to a high gloss out of the box. This combination of an extremely early-revving motor and the smooth surface should let the ball glide safely through the heads while rolling incredibly stable and strong in the midlane.

Comparison
Compared to the Columbia 300 Severe Delirium, which has a matte solid cover, the regular Delirium grabs noticeably later and offers a considerably more agile, more angular reaction at the breakpoint. Against the Storm Phaze, the Delirium creates a very similar, hard-hitting motion with a strong hook. Once the transition sets in and the front part of the lane dries up, the Delirium benefits enormously from its pearl cover. It wants friction in order to release its dynamics all the way into the pins.

On the Lanes
The Columbia 300 Delirium finds its preferred territory on medium lane conditions. It is the perfect choice if you need a ball that slides easily through the heads but produces a reliable hook toward the pocket thanks to the strong core. The strong rotation helps maintain control even in lighter oil. The ball should maximize carry with a powerful drive. On extremely heavy oil, however, it can react too late.
