The Storm Dark Domination arrives as an Asian overseas release in an extremely vivid Black Pearl look. At the center of this model beats the asymmetric RAD+ core, which carries a high RG of 2.490 and a solid differential of 0.047. The outer layer consists of the R2S Pearl Reactive coverstock, brought to a high shine out of the box with a 1500 grit polish. Compared to the Storm Entire Domination, which has a solid cover, the Dark Domination grabs noticeably later thanks to its pearl content and offers a steadier, smoother skid phase in the heads. Against the Storm Snap Lock, the Dark Domination creates a more controlled, very asymmetric motion. Once the transition sets in and the front part of the lane dries up, the Dark Domination is enormously strong. It calls for deep lines in order to carry its steady dynamics into the pins without overreacting.

The Storm Dark Domination finds its preferred territory on medium lane conditions. It is the perfect choice if you need a dependable asymmetric reaction. The ball slides easily through the heads and generates a steady, controllable hook toward the pocket. The balanced reaction helps hold the line. The ball should secure carry through massive asymmetric drive. On extremely heavy, fresh oil, however, this ball is often too weak.
