BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
The Radical Conspiracy Theory comes in a striking purple/teal color combination and is billed as a groundbreaking innovation in bowling technology. The surface is formed by the new TP-1 (Textured Pearl 1) coverstock with a 500/1000 SiaAir finish with Crown Factory Compound, marking the first industrial application of a textured pearl technology. The asymmetric core design was developed further from the original Conspiracy model with modified shapes and densities for increased overall performance. With a 2.490 RG and a 0.054 differential, the ball is also equipped with DynamiCore technology. This innovative outer core technology from Brunswick should produce less compression at impact, increase hitting power and create an unmistakable difference in sound and pin carry.
Comparison
Compared directly to other balls in the Conspiracy series, the Theory shows a distinct character. The new TP-1 surface with its special texture means the Conspiracy Theory develops hook earlier in the pattern than the Conspiracy Pearl. As a result, it shows less sharp direction changes off the backend than its pearl counterpart, which allows for a more controlled but still powerful reaction. The revolutionary TP-1 system should combine the properties of a solid ball in the early phase with the backend performance of a pearl ball. These traits set it clearly apart from conventional asymmetric high-performance balls on the market.
On the Lanes
The Conspiracy Theory is aimed primarily at experienced bowlers playing medium to heavier oil volumes. Tweeners and strokers can successfully use straighter angles and show better results than power players on fresh medium patterns. The DynamiCore technology should achieve an increased coefficient of restitution, sending pins off at higher speed and allowing a higher strike rate on less than perfect hits. The ball suits you especially well if you appreciate an early roll development but still need a powerful backend reaction. The special TP-1 surface should build a heavy roll early like a solid ball, yet still produce a big backend like a pearl ball. Ideal if you're looking for a controlled but still aggressive ball reaction on suitably prepared lanes.
