The Columbia 300 Blue Dot presents itself as a classic old school polyester ball in the signature bright blue look that has been a Columbia 300 trademark for decades. Technically, the ball is built around a symmetrical core with a 2.690 RG, which produces a late roll phase and controlled motion. The coverstock is made of a harder polyester than the Columbia 300 White Dots and comes polished out of the box. This material combination was developed specifically to include a special formulation with an additive that should reduce cracking.
