BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
The Hammer Black Widow Assassin comes in an extremely menacing black solid color mix. At the center of this model beats the famous asymmetric Gas Mask Core, which shows a 2.500 RG, an extreme 0.058 differential and a 0.016 intermediate differential. The outer layer consists of the extremely tacky NBT Solid Reactive coverstock, sanded out of the box with 500, 1000 and 2000 Abralon. This combination of an extremely strong asymmetric engine and the rough surface should make the ball dig through the heads with extreme security and build a massive, asymmetric hook in the backend.
Comparison
Compared to the Hammer Black Widow Pearl, the Assassin picks up drastically earlier and offers a steadier, flatter skid phase along with a far more arcing reaction at the breakpoint. Against the Storm Alpha Crux, the Assassin creates a massively more controlled but similarly explosive asymmetric motion in oil. Once the transition sets in and the front part of the lane dries up, the solid cover is enormously strong. It demands oil in the heads to translate its dynamics into the pins.
On the Lanes
The Hammer Black Widow Assassin finds its preferred territory on heavy lane conditions. It's the perfect choice if you need a ball on fresh patterns that pulls hard in the midlane and generates a massive hook toward the pocket. The strong reaction helps you play deep oil as well. The ball should secure carry through its massive drive. On extremely dried-up oil, however, this ball is often too strong and burns up its energy.
