BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
The Track Paradox Pearl arrives in a striking Gold and Black Pearl design that signals performance and dynamics. The heart of this model is the asymmetric i-Core 2.0, which stands out with an extremely low 2.480 RG, a massive 0.057 differential and a 0.015 intermediate differential. The cover is the QR-9 Pearl Cover, sanded at 500 and 1000 Abralon out of the box and then heavily polished. The core design generates a huge amount of asymmetry, while the pearl cover should let the ball skid cleanly through the heads and turn over brutally in the backend.
Comparison
Compared to the original Track Paradox with its strong solid cover, the Paradox Pearl picks up noticeably later in the midlane and offers a much more extreme, angular direction change at the breakpoint. Against the Storm Snap Lock, the Paradox Pearl delivers a very similar asymmetric and extremely hard-hitting motion at the end of the pattern. As soon as the transition sets in and the front part of the lane dries up, the pearl shell of the Paradox Pearl uses the friction that develops to carry its enormous dynamics all the way into the backend.
On the Lanes
The Track Paradox Pearl finds its preferred territory on medium to heavily oiled lane conditions. It is the logical choice if you need a ball on patterns with enough oil in the heads that still creates a massive hook in the backend. The extremely quick reaction helps play steep angles into the pocket. The ball should maximize carry through its brutal asymmetric drive. On bone-dry lanes, however, this ball is far too aggressive and extremely hard to control.
