First Impressions
The Track Lx10 turns heads with its deep, dark solid design. At the center works a symmetric core with a high RG and a strong differential. That core is wrapped in the QR-7 Solid Reactive coverstock, finished with a matte surface. The high RG lets the core rotate late, which in combination with the rough cover should let the ball skid safely through the heads while still creating an extremely strong, arcing midlane reaction.

Comparison
Compared directly to the Track Hx16, the Lx10 shows noticeably smoother ball motion, delivers drastically more traction in oil and a much rounder reaction at the breakpoint. Against the Storm Phaze II, the higher RG of the Lx10 gives a slightly delayed but comparably steady hook motion. When transition changes the lane and dry spots appear, the rough surface keeps the ball from overreacting uncontrollably at the breakpoint. It reacts with bite, but is absolutely forgiving.

On the Lanes
The Track Lx10 is most at home on medium to heavy lane conditions. It's an excellent option if you're looking for strong, predictable ball motion on freshly oiled lanes. The symmetric core creates a strong but round angle at the breakpoint, which builds confidence when playing straighter lines. The ball should secure carry through a consistent entry into the pocket. On very dried-up patterns, however, it burns up energy relatively quickly.
