The Radical Squatch Solid comes in a striking Black/Orange/Purple color scheme and combines technical precision with aggressive ball motion. The very aggressive Ai-39 Solid Reactive coverstock with a 500, 1000, 2000 Siaair finish delivers maximum friction. The symmetrical core with DynamiCore technology shows a 2.482 RG and a 0.054 differential in 15-pound balls. DynamiCore technology raises the ball's coefficient of restitution, so the pins come off the ball faster and a higher strike percentage should be the result.
Comparison
The Squatch Solid offers an earlier and smoother motion than the Radical Zing, which lets you play further right. This surface produces more hook without giving up backend reaction, and that sets it apart from the other symmetrical balls in the Radical line. On heavy oil patterns the Squatch Solid showed the best reaction, with every tester able to get to the pocket without trouble. Unlike its pearl counterpart, the solid version provides more continuous traction through the entire lane.
On the Lanes
The Squatch Solid is ideally suited to medium to oily lane conditions. It shows its strengths especially on heavily oiled patterns and allows you to play more direct lines. The aggressive Ai-39 surface makes it a perfect choice if you're looking for more hook without a jumpy backend reaction. DynamiCore technology should provide harder hitting, which is a particular advantage on difficult pin leaves. If you have a medium to higher rev rate, the ball offers outstanding control with maximum hitting power on fresh lane conditions.
