The Storm Hy-Road Pearl tends to read a little earlier, while the Spirit II holds its energy a decisive fraction longer and then responds noticeably more aggressively to the dry area. That characteristic makes it the perfect complement in your arsenal when the Hy-Road Pearl starts to lose energy in the pocket or enters too flat. Although both balls are aimed at lighter oil patterns, the Spirit II offers a noticeably more dynamic angle. It is the ideal solution for situations in which the Hy-Road Pearl no longer generates enough drive, because it creates the necessary entry angle.
On the Lanes
This ball shows its greatest strength once the lane has been played in a bit and the transition has clearly set in.
