The pearl reactive cover is specifically tuned to store the ball's energy extremely efficiently. Comparing the Wrath with the Storm Tropical Surge, the glaring differences in backend reaction stand out immediately. The Storm Tropical Surge tends to read a bit earlier, while the Wrath holds its energy a decisive fraction longer and then responds noticeably more aggressively to the dry area. That characteristic makes it the perfect complement in the arsenal when the Tropical Surge starts to lose energy in the pocket or enters too flat. Although both balls are aimed at lighter oil patterns, the Wrath offers a noticeably more dynamic angle.
