BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
With the High Voltage, Circle Athletics brings a fascinating new development to market that stands out above all for its exceptional length and late reaction. Inside works the dynamic Voltage Symmetric core, which with a 2.54 RG and a 0.042 differential ensures very clean motion through the front part of the lane. The pearl reactive cover is tuned specifically to store the ball's energy extremely efficiently. The surface, with a polished finish, supports this characteristic in a big way by letting the ball glide effortlessly through the heads without building friction early. Visually the ball is a real eye-catcher, and it immediately signals that this model was designed primarily for later, sharper direction changes. The technical match between core and cover has been achieved here in an extremely harmonious and purposeful way.
Comparison
Comparing the High Voltage to the Brunswick Twist, the glaring differences in backend reaction stand out immediately. The Brunswick Twist tends to read a bit earlier, while the High Voltage holds its energy a decisive fraction longer and then reacts noticeably more aggressively to the dry area. That characteristic makes it the perfect complement in the arsenal when the Twist starts losing energy in the pocket or entering too flat. Although both balls are aimed at lighter oil patterns, the High Voltage offers a noticeably more dynamic angle. It is the ideal solution for situations in which the Twist no longer develops enough drive, since it generates the necessary entry angle.
On the Lanes
This ball shows its greatest strength once the lane has been played on a bit and the transition has clearly set in. It needs a certain amount of friction in the backend to develop its characteristic hook, which delivers maximum, explosive carry. As the boards in the front part of the lane dry up, the ball allows you to move systematically further inside and attack the pocket from a much deeper angle. It is very well suited to medium to dry conditions and an excellent choice if you are looking for a clean, responsive surface. Thanks to its forgiving nature on shots missed to the outside, it should keep your scores stable at a very high level even in the late stages of a tournament.
