BOWLING BALL INFOS

First Impressions
The Radical Bigfoot, released in March 2022, comes in a striking color combination of indigo and jade. It was developed to fill the gap left behind by the extremely popular Squatch. At the heart of the ball works the Bigfoot Symmetric Core, a technologically reworked version of the original Squatch core. With a very low RG of 2.468 and a high differential of 0.053 (at 15 lbs), this core delivers numbers you would otherwise expect from asymmetric balls. The cover is made from the TP-1+ Pearl Reactive coverstock, finished out of the box with 500/1000/1500 Siaair and Crown Factory Compound. The ball also benefits from DynamiCore technology, a special outer core blend that should audibly and visibly improve carry into the pins.
Comparison Compared directly to its predecessor, the Radical Squatch, the Bigfoot gets into a roll slightly earlier in the midlane and offers an overall rounder but still strong motion. It is considered a "symmetric with the pop of an asymmetric." One key external comparison is the 900 Global Zen: while the Zen often turns very sharply and almost aggressively at the breakpoint ("skid-flip"), the Bigfoot behaves much more continuously and smoothly. It offers similar overall hook numbers to the Zen but is easier to control when the lane gets a little inconsistent. Against a Storm Phaze III, the Bigfoot reads the lane somewhat earlier and feels more stable in oil, without completely giving up the length of a typical pearl ball.
On the Lanes The Bigfoot is an outstanding benchmark ball for typical house shots and medium oil conditions. The factory compound finish lets it get through the heads cleanly, but thanks to the low RG it starts rotating early enough not to slide past the breakpoint. It is ideal for the transition phase: when stronger solids begin to burn up energy too early, the Bigfoot lets you move further inside and open up the angle. It generates enough entry angle to reliably kick out corner pins, yet stays controlled enough to minimize over/under reactions. It is particularly effective if you value the dependability of a symmetric core but need the power of a big core.
