With the Laser Sniper, Motiv brings a fascinating new development to the market, one that stands out above all for its exceptional length and late reaction. Inside works the dynamic Sniper Core, which with a 2.60 RG and a 0.015 differential ensures a very clean motion through the front part of the lane. The polyester cover is specifically tuned to store the ball's energy extremely efficiently. The nature of the surface with a Polished finish supports this characteristic massively, letting the ball glide effortlessly through the heads without building friction early. Visually it's a real eye-catcher, and it immediately conveys that this model was designed primarily for later and sharper direction changes. The technical match between core and cover here is extremely harmonious and purposeful.

Comparing the Laser Sniper to the Ebonite Maxim, the glaring differences in backend reaction are immediately apparent. The Ebonite Maxim tends to read a little earlier, while the Laser Sniper holds its energy a decisive fraction longer and then reacts considerably more aggressively to the dry area. This characteristic makes it the perfect complement in your arsenal when the Maxim starts to lose energy in the pocket or enters too flat. Although both balls are similarly oriented toward lighter oil patterns, this ball offers a noticeably more dynamic angle.
