As soon as the ball reaches the dry section of the lane, the asymmetric core should provide the necessary hook to still develop enough drive for carry even out of very steep angles. If you have lower ball speed, the ball offers the decisive advantage that, by virtue of its makeup, it does not die out too early on the lane or overreact.
